How it works
Small kitchen, small batches, one bake day. That's the whole system.
Order early in the week
Quantities are small and they go fast. Orders close before bake day.
Christy bakes
Every loaf is mixed, shaped and baked by hand. No shortcuts, some moonlight.
Meet up nearby
Pickup is a meetup in or around Village Walk, Wellington. Christy texts you the spot and the time. Farther out, delivery is possible for a fee that depends on the distance.
Upcoming quests
Where to find the bread in the wild.
You're invited
Village Walk residents can just show up. Everyone else needs to be on the gate list: register and Christy adds your names.
Meet the baker
The Unhinged Bakery is Christy, one home kitchen in Wellington, Florida, and a sourdough starter with opinions. Every loaf and cookie is made by hand in small batches, which is why the menu is short and the quantities are limited.
The name is a promise: a little chaos, a lot of fermentation, and flavors you won't find at the grocery store. Espresso chocolate loaves. Cookies that taste like carrot cake had a breakdown. That kind of thing.
